We are currently accepting benefits from Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Humana, and Medicare. For all other networks we are considered out of network. We are happy to submit an out of network claim to your insurance on your behalf.

We also have affordable rates for those who are members of the ChiroHealth USA Discount Network. Membership can be initiated in the office and offers patients and their dependents a 30%-50% discount off our normal rates.
